DHOKRA

Dhokra art is one of India's prehistoric art forms. One of the earliest expressions of this ancient art is the dancing girl artifact found from Mohenjo-Daro and Harappan excavations. Archaeologists believe that the dancing girl is more than 4,000 years old.

The artform is made by low-wax casting and is used to make figurines of animals, dancing girls, bowls, lamps, etc. The simplicity of the artistry work is loved by one and all across the globe.
